Our School

The Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School is a voluntary aided Primary School supported by the local Catholic Community. Children join us aged 3+ years and leave us when they are 11 years. The school is part of the provision of Catholic Education in Northampton.

The school was built in 1974 as a Lower School and has a very attractive indoor and outdoor environment, which is respected and cared for by the whole school community.

In September 2004 the school became a Primary School with many exciting new developments, including our ‘Little Lambs’ Nursery for Catholic children from 3Yrs.The school admits children from the Parishes of St. Aidan's and the Cathedral of Our Lady and St. Thomas.

Our children transfer at 11+ to Thomas Becket Catholic Secondary School.
