Frontier Camp

Each year our Yr. 4 children visit the Frontier Camp at Irthlingborough in Northamptonshire. During the weekend stay they have opportunities to experience a range of activities e.g. abseiling, archery, raft building etc.

This can be a new experience away from home, when the children have the opportunity to share a room with friends and begin to cope without their family. They are however, well looked after by the staff at the centre and of course the staff and governors that accompany Mrs. Swallow, from the Good Shepherd.

Manor Adventure

Over the past two years, our Yr. 6 children have visited this Activity Centre.  This centre in Shropshire enables the children in Yr. 6 to develop their self esteem, encourages them in team building and provides them with the opportunity to become independent.
